A 26 years old male, patient came to us through his friend reference. He was suffering from hairloss for past 4 to 5 years.

On proper assessment of the donor scalp, beard area and the recipient area and after proper history taking, the patient was advised to plan for hair transplant with 3890 grafts using scalp hair(Donor Area) Plus 3-5 PRP Sessions.

Minoxidil: 5-10% lotion once daily

DHT blocker:Given for 3 month & reduced to zero
